High frequency electronics

 

In this lecture the design and aspekts of nonlinear RF circuits are tought. Different calculation methods like Voltera and description of nonlinear effects like harmonic distortions give the theoretial foundation of this lecture. As these effects are noteable for power amplifiers, one focus will be on PAs. Starting with linear PAs different architectures like switching-mode, wideband and parametric PAs are evaluated. Finally further omponents like mixers, frequencymultipliers and oszillators are also topics of this leture.
