At the Chair of High Frequency Electronics, the seminar covers topics in the fields of high-frequency circuits and systems. All particular topics will be announced at the introduction meeting (find detailed information at RWTHonline). In consultation with the respective supervisor, topics proposed by the students are accepted as well.
The goal of the seminar work is to create a scientific paper in the scope of 3 to 4 pages which is compliant with the IEEE format. In addition to that, the students will have the opportunity to publish excellent works at an IEEE conference with international audience.
If necessary, the participants will get access to the IT infrastructure of the chair which includes the utilization of state-of-the-art industrial software tools like Cadence, ADS, Matlab etc.
